Satisfaction Guarantee – First 7 Days

If you experience any issues while using our services within the first 7 days of enrollment, please notify us immediately. We will:

  • Work diligently to resolve your issue

  • Provide a practical workaround or an alternative solution

  • Offer a realistic timeframe for a permanent resolution

If you remain unsatisfied after we’ve exhausted all efforts—and no primary issue has been resolved—we will gladly issue a FULL REFUND for your subscription.

Please note: Refunds are not applicable if at least one (1) major or primary issue has been successfully resolved.


Custom Services & Refund Exception

In some cases, we may need to customize services based on your specific requirements. Such custom solutions may involve:

  • Advanced technical development

  • Specialized skill acquisition

  • Unique feature deployment

These customized services may incur additional charges beyond standard pricing. Refunds are not applicable for custom services where significant development or tailored work has already been delivered.


Refund Policy Exceptions

  • QBDatasolution is an independent service provider, not affiliated with Intuit or QuickBooks.

  • We only work with genuine, licensed software and provide technical support accordingly.

  • If your access to our services is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refunds (full or prorated) will be granted.
